The bath house reminds me of old style Boy Scout Day camp, multiple sinks lined up on a wall, in one large room with large ply wood shower and toilet stalls around in a circle, All on rough finished concrete floors, rough plywood walls, with drains in the floor where needed.
The park is far from finished in its construction. Approximately 20% of the parking cement pads are finished. The rest of them are sand, Gravel and mud and under construction. The drive way is the same way all the way through, and very rough with holes, trenches, across the road and mud through out. One hole threw the dishes right out of the shelves on the way out
The cable works well and has plenty of channels, water and sewer seem fine. The parking pads ( the ones that are finished approximately 20%) are very close together. You can step from one pad to the next with out any problems.
When coming in we where not given any paperwork or maps of the park or information as to where things where or what was here or even a list of the cable channels, we where told to park anywhere so I might have missed things. The park seems to have mostly construction workers and very few if any family’s. Lots of what look like FEMA trailers. No fire pits or picnic tables that i could see.
I think for what is here now, and up and working now, it is over priced and under staffed. The bathhouse would need to be updated. It does have the potential to be a nice park, but still needs much to be close to being finished and far from luxurious as it was advertised. as I said it could be very nice, just needs a lot of work
Laundry aria has a few washers and dryers on each side of the bathhouse those are nice but Both the bathhouse and laundry are far short of what will be needed when the park is finished and on the rough side. As I said much like the old style boy scout Day camp I seen 20 years ago..
There is an out door salt water pool but it was far to cold and rainy to attempt to use it.
The park will be completely fenced when finished, right now most of the fence at the back of the park is still unfinished, the front has an electronic gate at the front and works well.
